I’m Carlo Ienna, I’m an Experience Designer and my hobby/work is set between the fields of creativity and exploring behavior. People are visual creatures and their interactions with objects and places always define new ways of discovery with these elements. I work helping clients understand their brand potential through visual design, user experience, and explore innovation with strategic thinking.
Over the last ten years I’ve worked with different client from small to large businesses in Europe and North America improving their digital identity, understanding their potential, augmenting their visual value. My areas of interests are:

What do I work on?
I develop ideas to turn into products or services following the needs of the clients providing prototypes of websites, apps, or other applications that needs to be created from scratch or improved. Here’s an example of one my latest work prototyping a new website for a software company:
As an Experience Designer I produce the research, analysis, creation, of the required models to obtain a solution. I also create digital content for illustration and creative purposes.
The third area of my work revolves into understanding the relationship between people, objects, places, and studying their behavior through a psychological lens in order to have better results.
How do I work?
Each client is unique, each project is unique, so each approach is carefully crafted to deliver the best results. I like to use holistic approaches followed by usability tests including user interviews, questionnaires, cards, wireframes, mockups, sketches, and anything useful that can create leverage points.
Each project is a source of discovery and personal growth. The inclusion of a psychological and empathic approach has proven to be more successful and fulfilling, both from a professional and personal point of view.
In order to explore new approaches and start new journeys, I enjoy developing new layouts that will allow me to have new behavior maps defining with more accuracy the user and the product.
